The reward amount for a challenge is fixed and cannot be altered. Although fluctuations in cryptocurrency prices may affect its USD value, the amount of cryptocurrency remains constant.

To claim the reward, you must have reached at least the "Bronze" rank, which requires a total of $1000 USD wagered on your account.

Prize money will be credited if you have followed all the instructions correctly and met the Terms and Conditions. Once eligible, visit your VIP page to claim your reward.

If your prize has not been credited and you believe you’ve won, please contact support with your screenshot and Bet IDs ready for review.
